Patrick Montelus joined USA Pro Realty, Inc in the 2^nd quarter of 2017 as Broker-Associate and Senior Analyst. He received his real estate license in 2004, while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management from Florida Atlantic University (2010). After going on to earn his MBA from Nova Southeastern University in the Fall of 2014, he began serving as Acquisitions Director for a South Florida based real estate investment company. There he specialized in sourcing “hand-picked” real estate assets for the portfolio requirements of client-investors.

With over 13 plus years of experience he uses his professional and educational background to add value to client transactions. Patrick personally completed or participated in more than $100 Million in commercial and investment real estate sales. Among many things, his expertise range from negotiating complex multi-leg 1031 tax deferred exchanges, property acquisition and disposition and asset valuation analysis.
